- Dr. Louis Fisher was born and bred in Paarl near Cape Town, South Africa, speaking Afrikaans and English. After school he did 2 years military training before joining Stellenbosch University, where after a year doing a Bachelor of Science degree, he embarked on a five and a half year dentistry degree. Louis started his dental clinic inside CIS in December 2004 and he's one of a few English speaking dentists in Cascais. He believes in providing top quality dental treatment using the best available materials at realistic prices in a friendly, comfortable environment.
